I had to do a little bit of work to get the roof on, but it came out cute. I had a few questions and Sandy the owner was right on the spot. She got in contact with me ASAP and she was on vacation. Now that is customer service. I can’t give a 5 star rating only because the video is pretty old and didn’t help as much as it could have. I have learned that Sandy is a 1 lady shop, so she has to do it all. I hope and cross my fingers she will get a chance to update some of her older videos, but the newer ones are pretty darn good. Her designers are really cute and most are really easy. Thumbs up.
