Due to the nature of our SVG files (non-tangible digital files), we do not offer any refunds on any purchases. Once you download a digital file, it essentially has been purchased. However, we do want to work with you to solve any issues you may have with duplicate purchases and/or cutting machine challenges. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and experience here at Simply Crafty SVGs.
If you are having technical issues cutting a file, assembly of a project and/or issues like resizing a file, review our help content at SVG Cutting Help for a possible solution. If you are still having difficulty, Contact Us immediately so we can help to resolve the problem. 99.5% of the time, we are able to provide a solution.
If you accidentally purchased a file that you purchased previously, let us know! We can offer you store credit or swap out the file with another. We want you to be happy! Just Contact Us and we’ll work with you!
If you purchased the file not knowing this is a digital file (thinking it was the finished project), please Contact Us and we’ll discuss the refund option. That is the ONLY exception, as it occurs rarely.
