Make this 3D bowler hat for St. Patrick's Day using the 3D Leprechaun Hat SVG File. Make it with or without the side hat panels. The hat opening is no larger than 5.5" at the widest. It may fit on a child's head.
Cardstock/Paper Used:
(2) 12" x 12" cardstock sheets for Hat base
(1) 8.5" x 11" cardstock/paper sheet for hat band
(1) 8.5" x 11" cardstock/paper sheet for hat panels
Smaller paper can be used for the remaining elements.
